How to download media

1. Open a supported page on www.xiaohongshu.com.
2. Hover over the image, open carousel, or video you want to save.
3. Select the download button in the media's upper-right corner.
4. For an open multi-image carousel, choose the current-image button or the stacked-image button that creates one ZIP containing all images in order.
5. Keep the page open until the button reports success or failure.

Free and Pro access

Each installation includes five cumulative successful download actions. A complete carousel ZIP counts as one action and starts one Chrome download. The sixth attempt opens the upgrade screen. Pro members can download without that limit while their membership is active.

Restore Purchase

Open the extension popup, choose Restore Purchase, and enter the exact email used at Paddle checkout. The extension does not save that email locally.

Troubleshooting

If a button does not appear, refresh the RedNote tab after installing or updating the extension. Some media may not be downloadable if RedNote changes its page structure or does not expose a supported direct file.
